What happens
Lectures, group tasks, obstacle course, drill command practice, presentations and a final assessment. Working dress all day with rank and proficiency badges checked at every fall-in.
Who attends
Senior cadets picked by their battalion for leadership training, public speaking, SSB-style tasks and command of the unit's parades.
