Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — email or WhatsApp us with your order reference and we will refund the full amount.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may return eligible items after delivery (see below).

Eligible apparel can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unused, unwashed and undamaged
• In its original packaging with all tags intact

We offer a size exchange on apparel where stock is available. To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order reference and, for damaged items, a photo.

• Made-to-order, customised or stitched-to-measurement uniforms and kit
• Bulk and institutional orders once production has begun
• Innerwear, socks and similar items, for hygiene reasons
• Items returned used, washed, damaged or without original tags/packaging

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charge.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we process the refund to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
