This policy explains how we ship and deliver CadetKart orders.

1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India, with a focus on Karnataka and Goa. If we are unable to deliver to your pincode, we will contact you and refund the order.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
In-stock apparel is usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of a confirmed order and delivered within 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
Institutional, bulk and made-to-order kit follows the timeline given in your quote (typically from 14 days, as production and sample approval are involved).
These are estimates; delays can occur due to courier, weather or events beyond our control. We will keep you updated.
3. Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on institutional orders above ₹10,000.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we share tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
5. Failed or undelivered orders
If an order is returned to us undelivered (for example, no one available, or an incorrect address), we will contact you to re-ship it; re-shipping charges may apply, or you may choose a refund for the item value.
