Most kits work best from 10 cadets upward, but we take single-cadet orders too through the storefront. Camp packs list their own minimum on each camp page.

Yes. We send one sample set for approval before we cut fabric for the full order — this is standard on every institutional order, not an add-on.

Both. Cadets can order individually through the storefront; ANOs can place a single consolidated order for the whole unit through the bulk enquiry route.

Use the size chart's 'How to measure' steps, or the Find my size tool on the shop page. For a whole unit, our bulk enquiry form takes one measurement round for everyone at once.

Go with the larger size. PV khaki fabric doesn't stretch and shrinks slightly on the first wash. Still not sure? WhatsApp us the measurement and we'll confirm, free.

Sizes are true to the chart. The only common adjustment is sizing up one step for cadets still growing mid-year, since camps often fall a few months after ordering.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Message us the order number and we'll arrange the swap.

Standard lead time is 14 days from sample approval. Camp-season orders (RDC, ATC) get priority slots — book early if your camp date is fixed.

Yes, we ship pan-India. Karnataka & Goa institutional orders get direct workshop pickup or courier; other states go by courier only.

Yes — use Track Order with your order number and the phone number on the order. You'll see exactly where it stands: draft, DBT verified, picked, packed, dispatched, delivered.

Tell us as soon as you know. We prioritise fabric already cut for your unit and can usually compress the schedule for camp-bound orders — email or WhatsApp with the new date.

Yes — DBT is the default payment route for cadet orders. We verify the DBT reference before the order moves to picking, as required by NCC procedure.

Yes, every order gets a proper GST invoice. Add your institution's GSTIN at checkout or send it to us afterward and we'll reissue.

Fixed total only. We quote the full order as one number — no per-piece rate breakdowns, so there's nothing to negotiate item by item.

For institutional bulk orders, yes — talk to us about splitting payment across sample approval and dispatch. Message support@cadetkart.com with your requirement.

Yes, for institutional bulk orders the first sample set is free. It's how we lock size and fabric before cutting the full run.

It shouldn't — we cut against the approved sample, not a spec sheet. If a batch is off, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the affected pieces.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags on can be returned within 7 days for exchange or credit. LCC-issued items (belt, jersey) are not sold, so they follow the unit's own return-on-tenure rule instead.

Yes — Annual Training Camp, Republic Day Camp, Thal Sainik Camp, Vayu Sainik Camp, Nau Sainik Camp and National Integration Camp all have a dedicated pack. See Camps & Programs for each one.

Mostly, plus camp-specific extras (bedroll, water bottle, torch, etc.) noted on each camp's own page. Check the packing list under Help → Resources before you pack.

Yes — tell us all the camps your unit is attending this cycle and we'll quote one combined order, which is usually cheaper than ordering camp by camp.
