You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or an authorised institution (such as an ANO placing an order for an NCC unit). By ordering, you confirm the details you provide are true and complete.

We sell apparel (T-shirts, tracksuits and similar) and NCC uniforms, kit and accessories. Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the product pages.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, descriptions and availability at any time without notice. Colours may vary slightly from images due to your screen.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud; if we do, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay and your bank.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both are part of these terms.

The CadetKart name, logo, website content and product designs are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. NCC insignia and marks remain the property of their respective authorities.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date below, is the current one.
